Xiatech at Retail CIO Connect 2026

Retail CIO Connect brings together senior IT and technology leaders from the UK's top retailers for two days of closed door conversation, real world lessons, and ideas you can act on. Xiatech is a long time supporter and sponsor of this influential event, and we are proud to be part of it again this year.

Jonathan Summerfield takes the stage

On the second day, our CEO and Founder, Jonathan Summerfield, is speaking at 9:10 am on building AI ready foundations that deliver fast, incremental value. He will cover:

• How to assess and build the architecture and business capabilities your organisation needs to be ready for AI
• What an AI Orchestrator actually is, and how it lets AI operate right across your business, not just in pockets
• How retailers today are using different types of AI to drive better decisions and automate action, at scale

This is a practical talk for leaders who want AI that works everywhere, not just in a demo.

See our latest innovations, live

Our team will be on hand throughout the event with a live demo of Xfuze, the platform retailers trust to unify, deploy and scale AI across the whole business, including:

• Data management, one unified, governed view of your data across every system, the foundation everything else runs on.
• Advanced insights and analytics, turning your data into decisions you can act on immediately.
• Xfuze Agents, purpose-built agents that decide and act on your governed data, from replenishment and pricing to customer and revenue, running your operations end to end with humans in the loop.
• CHIP Assist, part of the family of CHIP AI Agents. An AI powered natural language agent in Xfuze that designs, builds and deploys real time integrations, data pipelines, workflows, analytics and agents in minutes.

Trusted by retail brands including Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Reiss, Moss, C&C Group and G-Star RAW.
