We're looking for a highly motivated, independent Principal Implementation Engineer to architect and deliver end-to-end solutions: from pre-sales requirements and business analysis, through conceptual and high-level design across data, integration and agentic AI workflows, to configuring the platform hands-on.

Own solution architecture and high-level design across data, integration and agentic AI workflows
Support pre-sales with requirements gathering and solution shaping
Configure the Xfuze platform hands-on and lead others technically
Ensure delivered solutions are governed, observable and supportable

Background in data and/or integration with an architecture and design mindset
Experience on a complex enterprise SaaS, data or integration platform in professional services
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead others
