Matt Tyne

Matt brings more than 25 years of expertise in guiding technology enterprises through accelerated expansion via both natural development and strategic acquisitions. His career also includes time as Chief Operating Officer, during which he directed operational modernisation initiatives designed to enhance customer outcomes.

Before joining Xiatech, Matt held various positions in the technology sector. He served as CFO for Vita Mojo and Digital Theatre, investor-backed SaaS companies in high-growth phases. He also worked as COO and CFO at Charterhouse Group, where he contributed to growing the business by over 500% and oversaw the sale of a controlling interest to August Equity LLP, plus five acquisitions aligned with post-investment strategy. His earlier career included finance roles at publicly traded organisations: Logicalis, Hitachi Data Systems, and The BOC Group, where he earned his accounting qualification.

In his personal time, Matt values moments with his family. He is an avid cyclist, a passion that helps balance his enthusiasm for culinary experiences and wine appreciation.
