Fast growing Xiatech recognised as a Great Place to Work®

London, UK - 5 November 2024: Xiatech today announced it has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work®. The prestigious recognition is based entirely on survey responses from current employees about their experience working at Xiatech. In this year’s inaugural Great Place to Work” survey, 93% of employees stated that Xiatech is a great place to work, significantly surpassing the UK average by 39%.

Great Place To Work®, a recognised authority on workplace culture, has acknowledged Xiatech’s commitment to enhancing the employee experience by creating an environment that fosters leadership, innovation, and high employee retention.

A summary of the employee survey results show that Xiatech is a great place to work:

• • 99% believe management promotes inclusive behaviour and avoids discrimination
  • 97% enjoy working with colleagues, their sense of humour and that they can count on and support each other
  • 95% feel a deep camaraderie with colleagues which includes a strong sense of ‘family’ or ‘team’
  • 93% believe in their leaders’ behaviours and how their beliefs and actions reflect the company’s values
  • 90% are actively engaged, giving more of themselves and their talents than is expected for the company’s success

Xiatech, which has grown 400% since taking growth funding in late 2020, has invested significantly in making the company an employee-first workplace, such as providing remote and flexible working, rewarding growth and career opportunities and fun social activities. Not surprisingly, regretted attrition is 3%.
