We are looking for an experienced Principal Delivery Lead to own delivery of a major, multi-market strategic client initiative, currently a 52-market global template rollout, orchestrating the master rollout plan across squads, technical leadership and the client relationship at a senior level.

What you'll do
Own the master delivery plan, forecasts and milestones across multiple market squads
Lead the client relationship at Steerco level, holding a firm, professional line on scope and budget
Deliver in a hybrid or Agile way, working with Product Owners to keep backlogs ready and prioritised
Remove impediments, resolve conflicts and keep every squad consistent with the global template
Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the Delivery team

What you'll bring
7+ years of project or programme management, including multi-country template or platform rollouts
Strong Scrum Master or Delivery Lead experience with Scrum, Kanban and agile metrics
Confidence with demanding senior stakeholders; a retail, ERP or integration delivery background is a strong plus
