Do you work with recruitment agencies?
No. We have our own recruitment team internally.

We aim to come back to you with feedback within a few days.

Do we sponsor candidates to come and work in the UK?
Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor applicants to come and work in the UK. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK before they apply for a vacancy with us and be able to provide evidence of this.

What is Xiatech's approach to flexible working?
We support flexible working arrangements. Our staff are able to work remotely or from our Fitzrovia, London-based office. We treat each request for flexible working on a case-by-case basis and try to balance your preferred way of working with our client commitments and business needs. Our office space offers meeting rooms, break-out areas and quiet zones. We also have hot desks, which increases engagement across teams and the exchange of ideas. We can provide reasonable adjustments within the workplace.

Do you accept speculative CVs?
We are always searching for the best and brightest, even if we don’t have an immediate job opening so if you have something to offer us, and our clients, send your CV to us.

What happens once I have been offered a role?
If you receive an offer of employment, this will be conditional upon satisfactory completion of a right to work and identity check, a reference check and a basic criminal record check for any unspent convictions.
