Matt

Matt Tyne is Xiatech’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all financial, pricing, legal and risk aspects of the business.

Matt has over 25 years’ experience of leading technology businesses through rapid growth both organically and inorganically.  He has also spent a period of his career as COO in a number of businesses looking at the transformation across the operating platforms to leverage them for customer success.

Prior to joining Xiatech, Matt has had numerous roles across technology including CFO for Vita Mojo and Digital Theatre in investor backed high growth SaaS businesses,  COO and CFO for Charterhouse Group where he helped the founders grow the business over 500% and completed the sale of a majority stake in the business to August Equity LLP and five acquisitions to deliver the strategy post investment.  Matt has also spent some of his career in the finance functions of listed businesses at Logicalis, Hitachi Data Systems and The BOC Group where he qualified as an accountant.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  He is a keen cyclist and this partially offsets his love of food and wine.
