The Role
We are looking for a Senior Channel & Sales Manager with software sales and technology enabled services experience, to join our fast growing team. The role will involve accelerating the onboarding of new clients by creating and closing opportunities directly with the customer and through our active indirect sales channels such as ISVs and system integrators.
You will be responsible for developing a direct pipeline to new logos and an indirect pipeline through engagement of the above channels against an established product and services sales process, executing against agreed sales targets. You will work mainly with prospective customers and key ISV’s and systems integrators, to develop opportunities through prospecting, technology events, consulting, our extensive technology partner network such as the MACH alliance and by leveraging your existing relationships to secure business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a sales territory and build a strong pipeline to achieve revenue and new logo targets
Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and create tailored solutions that drive business and technological success
Attend industry events both domestically and internationally to identify new prospects and nurture opportunities
Work with pre-sales to create and present proposals which include Xfuze subscription and professional services solutions
Lead negotiations, finalise commercial terms, and manage paperwork with support from leadership
Devise new strategies for targeting key verticals and accounts
Conduct early-stage prospecting to identify new logo accounts and partnership opportunities
Provide valuable feedback to the business and product teams regarding market trends and competitive insights
Work closely with Marketing and our Partners to help create and execute campaigns, events, and promotional materials aimed at engaging key verticals and customers to create opportunities
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including delivery, technical, and Customer Success leaders, to ensure successful client outcomes.
Your Knowledge & Experience
Proven success in new logo business development sales which includes early nurturing of prospects through to closing software and delivery services contracts, ideally in the data, integration or analytics space
Creating opportunities with end customers via ISV’s and Systems Integrators and having the experience to develop those partnerships so they become a solid and predictable sales channel
Experience of growing a sales channels with large software partners such as Google, Databricks, ISVs and SI’s
Ideally between 5-8 years experience
