The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team and play a key role in helping us scale by hiring top talent for our open roles.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Xiatech, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring highly skilled candidates, mostly in the tech industry, for our company and clients. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process from creating job descriptions, headhunting candidates, screening candidates, organising interviews, gathering feedback and making an offer. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates and ensure that they have an exceptional experience with us as they move through the recruitment process.

As part of our People & Culture team, you will be expected to come into our office in Fitzrovia, Central London, three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with our hiring managers to determine role requirements for our open vacancies
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to headhunt and source candidates for live roles
Evaluate applications/CVs and screen candidates via telephone calls
Schedule interviews, gather feedback and keep candidates updated at all stages of the recruitment process
Act as the main point of contact for candidates and ensure a best-in-class experience by maintaining communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process
Champion fair and unbiased recruitment practises at every stage of the recruitment process
Provide hiring managers with regular updates on the status of their roles
Work with the rest of the People & Culture team and support candidate onboarding by sending offer letters and drafting employment documents
Manage our Application Tracking System and other relevant administrative tasks
Your Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 12 months experience in tech recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
Experience of direct sourcing, Boolean searches and headhunting candidates using Linkedin Recruiter
Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate professionally at all levels
Extremely organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Passionate about candidate experience and creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and experience applying them throughout the recruitment process
Prior experience hiring Data Engineers, Software Engineers or similar would be highly desirable
